Loan Policy
- Loan applicant must be an ADPFCU member with at least
$50 in share savings account
- No new loan applications will be accepted from members
whose Credit Union loans or credit cards are delinquent.
- A $5 application fee is required for processing.
- Members may have more than one loan at a time - but only
one of the loans can be unsecured.
- Existing Credit Union auto loans CANNOT be refinanced.
We refinance outside auto loans for qualified borrowers.
- EXPERIAN and EQUIFAX Credit Reporting Bureaus are notified
of your loan account status on the 15th of each month.
- AII loans are opened at the rate and terms in existence
on the day of loan opening. Rates and terms are subject
to change without notice.
- No further credit or services will be extended to any
person who has caused the ADP Federal Credit Union a loss
and who has not voluntarily repaid the loss whether such
loss was through bankruptcy or otherwise.

Internet Privacy Statement
ADP Federal Credit Union respects the privacy of its members and is committed
to protecting their information on our Web Site. We only collect non-identifying
information about our visitors such as date and time our site was accessed, what
pages were visited, what service where used, and the city, state and country of
the visitor as identified by the server address. ADPFCU collects this information
to create summary statistics and determine the level of interest in our information
made available on our Web Site which helps us to establish products and services
to best meet our members needs.
Visitors may elect to provide us with personal information
via E-mail or submitting applications. This information is
used internally, as appropriate, to handle the sender's request.
It is not disseminated or sold to other organizations.
We require our employees to protect the privacy of information
about our members regardless of what medium is used to fulfill
your request. The Credit Union will maintain appropriate security
standards and procedures regarding unauthorized access to
member information.
We will continuously assess ourselves to ensure that member
