IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES
FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and
money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial
institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that
identifies each person who opens an account. What this means
for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name,
address, date of birth, and other information that will allow
us to identify you. We also may ask to see your driver's license
or other identifying documents.
To apply for membership, simply download
this application and mail it to us along with your $50
deposit for your Primary Share Savings Account. Please include a copy of your driver's license with your application.
Once you join, your immediate family members can also become
members, including your spouse, children, siblings, parents,
grandparents, grandchildren, stepchildren, stepparents, stepsiblings,
and adopted children. For custodial accounts, please include a copy of you child's social security card. Also, please include a copy of government issued photo identification for all non-custodial new member applications.
